THE HOUSE

Villa Silvia is a delightful property consists of a main house and an outbuilding, both in stone, located in the Umbrian countryside a short drive from Orvieto and the marvelous area of southern Tuscany. The property enjoys a beautiful view of the hills especially from the pool area. The main building consists of two floors and is characterized by the fact that almost all the rooms have direct access to the garden. Well furnished and well refined, it has parquet floors and wooden floors, such as giving a true feel of a country house. Occasionally is present at the property a harmless cat which still is not allowed in the house. The location of the property allows guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the countryside without having to give up visiting the many villages and towns like Orvieto, Città della Pieve, Cetona, Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino and Siena.

The entrance of the property is located opposite the entrance square. The entrance leads to the living area consists of living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining room with large wooden table. The garden totally surrounds the property. And 'it characterized by a beautiful lawn to the English very well maintained by the owner. The lawn is bordered by a hedge that allows you to have shaded areas and at the same time ensures greater privacy for guests.

The pool is located about ten meters from the building. And 'of irregular shape with a sloping depth up to 1.70 meters. The pool has a whirlpool and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The area is equipped with umbrellas, chairs, tables and chairs.
